Felipe Pantone's first solo exhibition, at Studio55 (Tokyo, 2014). That it took place in Tokyo has a simple explanation: he came from a long and intense trajectory in graffiti, a scene in which he was already well known, and by then he had traveled to Japan several times. The show grew out of that prior relationship. He presented a new body of work where graffiti and kinetic art intersect — sculptural installation, work on paper, mural painting and mixed media —; from the ceiling he hung a deformed grid, in the manner of a tennis net, which opened his exploration of the grid.
